agree with you too. stupidly tried to overhaul the mighty mouse few days back.
managed to clean the scroll ball, even the inside mouse part...
but the ring around the lower part broke. now its a cacat mouse.

it works! its juz that the mouse cacat cosmetically.

Goodness. If your hands are dirty, go wash. You would not want to make your mouse or anything dirty.
