As you may know that the PS3 is a dust magnet, if cover it with a shirt...nothing bad will happen to it right?

I went through the whole setup process for my own rig with the ps3 to my samsung 206BW monitor. I can certainly say it wont be an easy road.

First off the cable is available from AllIT Hypermart in low yat. That's where i got mine. The standard one costs RM 69, the branded one will cost RM 169. Don't think it stops there, you still have to consider sound come from where.

PSN related update

AmBank's NextG card works on Singapore's PSN. i use random Singapore address.

US PSN still no luck, even tried with my dad's, mom's, and sister's card

Mine is a 3 year old wireless logitech cordless Desktop Pro keyboard mouse + keyboard combo. Bought it for RM 150 from bulk order section. Mouse I use logitech MX1000 laser mouse. Both works out of the box with no tweaking or driver installation.

your 206BW can support 1080p resolution or not? mine can display but the monitor complains not optimal resolution. It looks fine at first but then got flickers and static flash. Can run at 720p only without problem.

Thanks a million ringgit.    Now all I need to do is copy to a thumbdrive and copy to the ps3 rite? and yes those reasons above are some of the main driving factors why I chose the ps3 over the 360. I dont have the kind of money to spend on something that has a high failure rate. PS3 all teh way with free online. M$ can shove their 3 rings up theirs. Huwargh!

When Tekken 6 come out for PS3?
I heard was Feb 2008 last year but it seem like they delay it already.
