I've found out a way to buy stuff from the US store.
Entropay

You sign up for a virtual VISA card which you can then add funds to with your Malaysian credit card. Then use the credit card number you get with any address (like the one you signed up on the US store with) and buy away. Just bought Everyday Shooter from the store.

Good for those who want Rock Band DLC too.
