i brought the aquatopia(not so sure about the spelling) from US PSN store, it works fine with my eyetoy

So far Aquatopia (Aquavita in UK/EU) and Tori Emaki do not have this problem. Only Trials of Topoq and Operation Creature Feature are affected..

Have noticed that NAT Type sometimes fail when running P2P download software at the same time. Solution - make sure to turn off torrents/Azureus/eMule before any gaming sessions (more available bandwidth anyway )
