yup, its weird. that game Boku no Natsuyasumi 3 was USD29.90 last night. i think such a low-key game should be discounted rather than stay as unsold stock

no Asian DLC for folklore at the moment and no-create-a-folk contest for Asian region too

yup, if official PS3 does come to sony style my, it will be expensive like their psp. so far ps3 defects are really lense-related, some local shops already offer lense fixing service so parallel imported PS3 will still be a good choice.

but an official PSN Malaysia store will be grand and special promotions like buy game + free goodies like that free GT windbreaker will be great

how come the triggers not inside? has the packaging been tampered? this kinda mag is sealed plastic type, the free goodies are inside the plastic.

maybe another ps3 owner go kino and "rompak" from the copy already

the picture samurai20 took already indicate he bought the correct version. the plastic front cover states the triggers are included.

yus, if you happen to return to kino with receipt, explain to them your problem. try looking at another copy. the triggers are very small, but you can feel them inside the packaging before buying/opening the seal. maybe kino will help you get those triggers.

i'm very sorry then, cos it was i who posted the link from the UK forums discussing this mag with the free triggers. i haven't got the chance to check the newstands yet and was still debating whether to spend so much on the triggers.

most of us here are buying parallel import PS3 + games (whether from SGP, HK, JPN, US etc.) so far no problem, can play online just fine.

yes there are some cases where the PS3 has some defective h/w problems w.r.t. the laser/lense assembly, but i think local shops can fix that problem, not sure how much they charge for fix but google the laser part [PS3 KES-400AAA] and it can be bought at bulk rates ~USD30.

as for official sony.my launch, some rumors say it is still pending and may come this year.

do local shops sell thrustmaster PC accessories?

the ps3 supports USB HID-compliant devices (devices that don't need driver install on pc)

the problem might occur with some PC gamepads is that some of the buttons are mapped "wrongly" and also missing the HOME/XMB button.

too bad the 360 controller is NOT USB HID-compliant device, ifnot we can actually use it on PS3!

yes, you can skip updates if you don't sign-in to PSN or play the newest games.

2.17 din't add any new features but only some bug fixes for online connections.

echochrome is one of the more expensive PSN games on the store. (lucky got account sharing )

i think got 56 puzzles and a create-a-puzzle mode. i only tried 1 random level, and ran out of time. (is there a way to disable the time limit?) will play more next time.

i think the white lines are eletrical noise aka "ground loop" issue

no PSN update for the next 2 weeks kinda sux, hopefully they'll sell US PSN cards after the store revamp

playing MGS4 with a plain SDTV, the IQ will be quite underwhelming

nvm, u can play the 1st time through on SDTV, then save up for a PC monitor and replay it in HD and enjoy it even more
