Let me tell you guys a story between me and the customer service department.
Upfront , do take note I have applied to transfer the account to my JB house around 21 jan
before their cut off billing time.
around 4th Feb, I asked them how is my application. You know what they said?

I am a man of peace, I really didnt have the mood to curse anybody, so I just gave them my details.
Take note, that time, EVEN MY HOUSE PHONE WAS NOT INSTALLED.
2 weeks later, I call back, Still no phone, not Internet.
I call the Internet help, they blame the phone department because if no phone, no internet. and kononnya
they all are pending on phone department to provide me the phone. So i call the phone.
I call phone dept, they were spinning different story. They said they didnt receive my FORM.
I explained to them that i have submitted the form, AND reimburst thwem with my details.
after holding on the phone and being tossed around, I got it..the phone?NO.

After a few days, the contractor came. Pasang the phone. settle, so I called up the streamyx guys.
They said it would take around 3-4 working days. Oklah. I waited. 3,4 days..i tried to conmect, error 678.
I informed them, they said that everything looks fine there. I said that cant be since I cant connect.
Okay the say the will check and call me back. a week later, I called back. no calls from them.
They DARE to say to me its settles inside the system and the case is closed. I said thats not the case, I still
cant connect to the Net.Then the passed the call to his manager, which told me the problem is
because TM is upgrading the services there and my line was affected. I know this is BS. but still, i will
see. He promised to settle it ASAP. Still I call again, after a week, the same thing, this time they pass me to a lady manager
The lady's excuse seems logical, something was wrong with my port. So she said she will send technicians to check them oput and call be
back, that was a week ago. Wsih me luck, am calling them TODAY.
