radeon x1600pro 256mb 128bit(been conned), need help

i just got conned by one guy 'Apec' who sold me broken GC as mention above. Firstly we had an agreement for return and refund but now he refuse my calls. What should i do? I list some action below
a)Find him with legal enforcer b)Find him with illegal enforcer c)Fix the card(if possible) anyone who can fix this card is very welcome and i will pay. Prefer any personal in ipoh. |

Hi,its me.I think you should try this first and see if it works.Use a pencil eraser and try rubbing it on your graphic card pin a few times.Sometimes,the motherboard cannot detect the card because it is dirty.
You can do the same for RAM card and etc. |
