Does taking a lot of sugars give you diabetes?
It doesn't.
Increased carbs and sugars might make you obese and THAT will give you an increased chance of getting diabetes ...but for those who work out /lead a very active lifestyle, taking a lot of carbs or sugars wont give you diabetes. Look at those indon construction site workers....
Stop believeing everything you read in the papers ( ESPECIALLY our papers ) ...google it !

100 plus - it's said so much that the company has even put it in their ads .... c'mon, its sweetened oral rehydration salts. You can make your own!
