Hey man, could i have some advice? I'm looking for a pair of earphones with the buds that isolate sound (i assume they're called IEMs?) I'm currently using a Sennheiser MX400 but i want something clearer and with strong bass. I generally prefer a little more bass to too little bass. Also, i'd like if the "S"s and "Shh"s aren't so sharp as they are with many earphones/ headphones i've tried. My budget is from RM200-RM350. Somewhat flexible depending on if it's worth it.
I also want those good quality earbuds... I don't really know how to explain it, but i've tried some that seem thin and flimsy and i just hate the feeling... So, any recommendations?

Sorry if i'm being unclear, i don't know much audiophile jargon =/

Also, i'd like to know what exactly an amp does. The general gist i get is that it makes the sound clearer, but is it really noticable and worth it? I was planning to get a Fiio E5 or something to try it out later on in the year.
