I let you have their email. well, i bought the item more than 2 years ago and doubt it will still be under warranty. They told me that after the exchange there will be no more exchange so i guess i gonna take this matter to myself by just changing the headphone jack. I have 4 pole 3.5mm jack but i do not want to risk spoiling it and hope someone can help me solder it onto my earpiece.My iGrado suffers the same problem as well  probably due to the movement in my pocket when i was cycling. |

I see. Then you should be more careful with your gears. Even grado also cannot suffer your constant friction. As for the plug replacement. Going for us and we will pass to our agent to do it, normally PCwork will cost you some money. So for the moment being, I also think it is time for you to change a new IEM/headphone. IEM with mic I will recommend your shroom-i while portable headphone you can get back igrado, or a protapro, or even a Sennheiser PX100.
