MMX1 I think is the previous version of MMX2. It only has one USB connection as oppose to MMX2 with USB and mini jack.

went there and already back.....I love my new amp!!
Havent try the new in-ear pieces yet..........but with my sennheiser headset, it already showed the difference.

P.S I don't know my headset model coz it's not marked anywhere on the headset. lol

Edit: I bought the GoVibe Martini Headphone Amp.....now trying to give sufficient burn in to my new in-ear headset.

Hey, I'm a new guy here. I'm looking for a headphones mainly for music and movies. Budget is around RM600 and I don't have an amp. Am currently looking at Sony MDR-7506/V6, Sennheiser HD 448, HD 555 and HD 595. Any advice on that? And do you have MDR-7506 in stock? It's like kinda hard to find. My friend manage to find them in Singapore but they sell at SGD250, which I think is quite expensive when compared to how much the sell in US. And can you PM me the price of the headphones mentioned here and your suggestions as well? Thank you very much. smile.gif

From my knowledge, Sony headphones tend to put emphasis on bass and treble while Sennheiser is more neutral. I bought a Sennheiser when i spoilt my Sony MDR EX90LP. Since then, no more Sony for me. I prefer clarity not bass.

It is better if you could afford to go down to their shop and try them out yourself.
At their shop you can try out and find out which brand suits you more.....it's not just about build quality etc.

Ok, between these, I will still recommend you Sennheiser as it is more music oriented.
HD555, HD595, or HD448 you will have to look at your budget. HD555 will require an amp, HD595 not so but you have to jack up your budget (and you will be happy to when u hear it's performance rclxms.gif). While HD448 not so, but it will be highly dependent on u.

XBi no more in production lo...
If you want bassy ones you can try Hippo Boom or even Hippo Epic.
If you want nice, smooth vocals you can pick CKM30.
