Hi everyone, I play the guitar... but i'm not very good at it. I own a SX les paul..... and the neck broke once adi. Good thing i fixed it.
Planning to buy an ibanez artcore or a gretsch next. Not sure which one. Any advice?

QUOTE(blacktrix @ Jan 20 2008, 12:19 AM) If you're looking for a semi-hollow, you should test some out first because they feedback VERY easily when put through overdrive/distortion. I suggest you get a nice fat, warm, tube amp if you're playing the semi-hollows because in my ears, they don't break like how a Solid State Amplifier does. Since you already have a les paul-esque guitar, go for a REAL Les Paul...... An Epiphone Les Paul Custom would be a great starting place. I think BeatSpot in MidValley has a few models there to test. Oh.... Forgive me for being such a noob. but what do you mean by feedback...and what amp you recommend for a hollow body guitar? I dont think i'll be getting any les pauls any time soon.
