Yes, police report is urgently needed to help SB to nab the main
culprit. That's why we hope all buyers will come forward. The more
the better, to give the police the impression of the seriouesness of
this matter.

A reason why something failed is because we're not unite. If you
really want your money back, then please PM Heroes99 or RangerRed
to join the Police Reporting Group.

wow!!! amount is too big now. I can't believe how SB can give that amount of money to his supplier before delivery of goods.

bro sb also owed me 20k++ la n some other(other forumer) laptop i lost 40k+ in lowyat sad.... last time i'm also thinking to make police reports against sb, but i'm thinking if i report him n he go to jailed how can he refund all to us?(peace) not trying to protect sb or who else.i'm same conditipon with u all even more pokkai.

SB won't go to jail because the main supplier run away. Not him. So reporting police is very important task
that all buyer should do.

Another thing is, you said you also made report with the help of SB. I assume its a fraud case
also. Why you keep on being conned? And you lost so much money in LYN. How come you didn't
report in LYN Trade Zone dispute? I don't know if you're telling the truth or not. It seems very
hard to believe you.

And SB owe you RM20k. Why SB keep on owing people money? What does this mean to SB image as seller?

I just hope that you and SB will come out and tell us the honest truth.

seriously with the amount of over 100K, I have doubt over the existance of this "supplier". How can anyone handover 100K to someone without anything to hold on to. Even if this supplier really exist, SB should still have quite a substantial amount of money with him being profit margin for himself. This thing happen only 1-2 month ago, very unlikely all the profit margin money already spent ( unless his monthly expenses is over 10K per month )

No updates on the refunds?...

I agree with this also. What kind of moron you think we are? Who would believe that you need to pay supplier in advance to get stocks? The method of dealing nowadays are strictly COD. So, if the supplier run away with the "advanced" payment then it's SB's fault. From customers point of view, they deal with SB. The law will not protect SB due to his own stupidity. Even if he can proof that his supplier run away with the money, the law doesn't work that way. If SB does not have money to pay back then he need to declare bankrupt. Then refund the money monthly.

If like this so easy then I could just setup a computer supplying company and do all the sales. Then ask my friend (the supplier) to go MIA. Blame it on him and split the money. The I am free!!! yippeeee....

Guys guys, don't speculate first. Let the buyers group meet with SB first and then
decide for the next course of action. As of now, SB still insist of his innocent and
there's some buyers still believe him. So let the buyers group sort out the matter.
Let's hear some good news from the buyer who is meeting SB.

i m not kepoh or what, but if the buyers don't stern/strict enough when it's needed, then this case will be set as a precedent for other bulk sellers to take this as advantage, and eventually LYN will become a channel to con people's money. For the sake of LYN and other seller's reputations, pls take stern action when someone has infringed ur benefits.

I'm agree with this. SB is kinda stupid when his supplier didn't give him any goods from a few months ago & somehow he didn't suspect & stop all the bulk & kept on selling until 100k worth of goods, then said supplier MIA, this is b*llshit. He should face the consequences by refund all of us.

ya... if SB get stuck with RM5K to RM10K worth of stock with supplier, I might believe. BUT this is more than 100K... very hard to believe.
