hmmm this is getting too much,i mean if this is a con job it must be the biggest here in lyn better then PE case....
but i do hope you guys team up and lodge a report to the police and next go to maybank or watever bank he used,and freeze his account by using your report.and yes this case need to be a hits,so make sure to involve a media also...the police could easily get his bank detail such as amount and transaction and the bank also have to cooperate with the police so no more excuse it is customer privacy or not...
so all you guy need to knoe is weather the money is still in his account or already bank in to this so call suplier...
or easier way just ask anybody who work in bank to supply this information...

if can trace the transaction would be nice...

but i guess this is illegal against law right....

The Police Report Group have started with couple of guys express their desire to take action

SB, I think posting where you make your police report is very easy.
Just write:
I did my report in [blah blah blah].
I don't understand why until now, we still don't know where you did the report.
Please correct me anyone if we already know where is the police report place
posted by SB because I may miss it out. If I miss it out, sorry SB.

And finally, we got some background works done. Bravo to RangerRed and
Heroes99. And thanks for PE's victim to tell us their experience when dealing
with Pe's case. We do need your experience in dealing with this. The amount
is more than double the PE's case.

Heroes99 is right. Flaming is enough. SB already come out and post. The next
course is to PM RangerRed or Heroes99 for real action. We will get to
the bottom of this. No accusation is necessary. Time to get the job done.

And to those saying waiting for refund before reporting police, SB already posted
in the First page that refund might take years. And also, reporting police does not
make SB a conman. It just link to Police Report made by SB in catching the main
culprit (if there's a one). We're just helping SB to catch the main culprit since more
report means more people get cheated and Police might make this higher priority.

To SB, we're actually helping you by reporting to the police.

P/S : Or SB can come clean and explain everything honestly and save everyone's time.

Can you work out some kind of refund plan like by which date you gonna refund who and how much you gonna refund. I think even if you do continues and planned partial refund most people here will be ok with it.

I pay you on 27/08/2007, it's approaching 4 months already and i am sure there is other who pay you even earlier. Seriously i don't mind waiting longer even up to 1 year but you have to show that you are actually working out to refund us. Right now, we do not have a clue on how & when you will refund us.

Do you think that "Print Screen" Fund transfer to SB can be a prove that we actually pay SB for that amoun and he can use it as a prove to the police that we did pay him. I still have a jpg file with me. And SB also can use relevant business document or "Print Screen" Fund transfer to prove that he paid to his supplier and the MAIN is disappear.

According to the link, MAIN (Fxxxer RAN AWAY)--> Your supplier --> Stronbaby -- > sub agents.

SB should request some information about the MAIN from your supplier, if the supplier refused to provide you some info or blah ..blah..... , you should make the police report or get your lawyer post a proper sue letter to your supplier as he is the one who is taking your 100k and no planning to cooperate with you. He should provide you the MAIN name, ic, etc....document and all should be collected and submit to the police department as a proven.

Just help you all calculated, the amount that he haven't paid is about Rm110,020 (over 100K) . I personally think those victims should lodge a police report. Hope this problem can settle asap.
