You guys are good at assuming something.
There's 2 option for you guys :
1. Get your money back and don't ask when. Eventually you'll get it.
2. Buy yourself some extra air to breath when SB stop refunding.

Well, actually, do you guys really want to know why SB stop 'responding'?? I can take some screenshot on my phone and post up here but I'm not sure SB will allow that.

P/S: Even if I had posted out, I believe not all of you could face the fact of who you are.

A piece of advice, try to SMS and ask politely and patiently for the reply. Try not to bug too much. Everyone had their own life. SB is borrowing from others to refund you and he had taken responsible on this case himself. Try to look around this corner, how much con case had solved so far and how many of them are bothering to ask you to mail them a refund details. Consider yourself lucky this time.

I agree with everyone who says the refund should follow the order of the date of cash transfer/bank-in... I ordered an SE K810i through my brother and transferred money on 5th November 2007. But i understand strongbaby's condition so let's all just be patient and wait.

Is there any dateline for this refund..i believe we should give one...else it will run forever. Whatever we do we should give ourself a dateline. No point listing now a list of ppl asking refund, and yet there is no dateline aka deathline

According to advice from temptation1314, he is willing to wait. I guess 1 year or 2 years time is ok for him. But since he is
SB supporter, I think he'll get it first. Maybe this week? Then everyone will start to support SB and stop pressuring SB. And

REFUND or DISPUTE bla bla bla.. again it's not in your position to determine the direction of the thread, RRed haven't said anything about the guy yet and you is the one who retort the most.

if you can then post the screenshot of the SMS, or people has the right to doubt, speculate or even conclude that SB is a con. Customer always right, and consumers are not obligated in doing charity. Send the same SMS to along and see whether they will sympathy with you or not. Business is business, when involves money, best friends will turn enemy.

You know, the whole problem about this issue is not that the goods have not come . It's the StrongBaby has decided to keep quiet for weeks without informing anyone!

All he needed to do was to inform us and frankly speaking, i'd be happy to wait. Keeping quiet is likened to giving us spades to dig 6 feet into the ground to prepare the funeral.

No point argue now...SB conman or not a conman.

And i don't think SB is a conman...just a businessman running into some bump, a huge one. Is common...is part of growing up in business world. He will benefit from this mistake he make with his suppplier.

Suggestion to SB, if u are in shortage of money...dont take from Ah Long. See if u have any asset in hand...give it out to the bank first, refinance your car...come to worse u have to ask your relative to borrow u the money. Get all the money, pay off whatever u can to all the people here first...

While doing this...demand refund from your supplier, bang table...screw them up.

Leason learn...dont always trust supplier to much. Do in smaller bulk, maybe 10 at a time. Pay...get stock...deliver to us.

Hmm you are giving me the impression that we should be rolling over and be eternally grateful that SB is 'thinking' of refunding.. that i should consider my self 'lucky' ? He doles out various sums at his discretion according to whatever system he has devised and we just wait politely?

ATM all we have is SB saying that his supplier ran off and he's trying to borrow money to refund, how true is that - I dont know, but i'll give him the benefit of the doubt, cos of all comments from the people who've met him on how a stand up guy he is....

Like he outlined - we can 1. go to the authorities. ( commercial crime etc etc - how much good thats gonna do is debatable )
2. civil cases / bankruptcy ( long duration )

BUT theres another way that no one has considered .... if the amount is big ... and if we are willing to take a hit on the amount we get back - there are certain other avenues to do this.

Then do 'kindly' enlighted me, what kind of "avenues" that you "considered"??

He refunded rangerred and xiong fully? when there's such a long list of people waiting for a refund? And he's short of cash to refund? so what system is he using now ?

erm i dont think so hmm strongbaby ...i think his going to pokkai he is scariing that the distributors all run only...but he recieved the money should refund back no lost anything lol
