Some of you guys received money and did not even have the courtesy to inform it here. And we gotta track it from private and here which I've clearly stated over the private forum through the Announcement Section.

as for ahming888, like I've told you earlier. Your nick is beyond(overshoot) his first initial 50k refund list. So please be patience until his second round of money arrive. There are lot of others which have not received their as well. It's not like you're the only one.

And that list is updated->nick removal when they have received and inform. It's not that we have to wait for some Datuk and Datin to update their status. And some of them(the front list) is because they have not received fully. THT, Hyde and a few more received partial refunds.

Just had a chat with Sze Keat(SB)

The refinancing money will come in early April (their lawyer updated them end of February) because of "some issue" left according to SB. This is what I can update you guys.

Meanwhile, refunding is still being processed. Until the large amount of money kicks in, it's going to be a slow refunding process. Bear a little while more, and see how.

biatche, I understand your situation. But problem was, most of you kept quiet, until Ranger Red took initiative to start the dispute thread. Problems could have change a little if you guys come up and speak out it early. Look at THT for example, I don't need to speak more on it.

Also, right now, he is "trying to get refinancing" which will come on early April as I mention here earlier. Let see if he fulfill his promise. I will try and call him in another few days(quite busy lately with my assignment+midterm). If he doesn't, then it is up to you guys to do whatever you guys want.

As I told you in earlier chat with you that day(in MSN) , my main intention was to help majority if possible to get back their money. It's not your money at stake as well. THT, (I'm not sure how much left) but, his amount is more or less like yours. If he have the initiative to try and refund back, why not give it a try, rather than all return empty handed.

as for syin, just wait for the time. Few more days. Let us see how by then.

eitherway, once you received your money, I was hoping that you guys would give some acknowledgement that you have received it. I don't know who have received or not because I am not the one who receive the money from SB. The refunds goes with SB <--> buyers

Well, if you feel insecure, or troublesome, if you're living nearby to him, maybe you can plan a meetup with him(like th e earlier refund, where 1 group of people meet him, and hand him the form and received money on the spot). That agreement is to say that the refund have been done and no pursue of anything after that. My best advise is if you can settle with him on the spot(meetup, it is much better).

Contacted him on Wed (21) and he said before end of this month.
Next week will be the ultimatum. Everyone is hoping something out of it, including myself(dispute ends once and forever). At the meantime, I'll be contacting you guys over the weekend for some information for those dispute that have not been resolved. For those who expecting doomsday, you may proceed to the private forum, to discuss on further action.
