Today I am just here to share with you all my experience dealing with this forumer ^666^.At first I thought he was a good seller as he has a lot of trades and many good feeedback so I continued to deal with him.So I told him I am going to do online banking transfer using Maybank2u.

I asked him to give me his own bank account and he immediately give me a bank account bearing a Chinese fellow name Ang Che Sin.Before that it was a malay women account.So I pm him back and asked him why the bank account name not same cause his real name is Mohd Shahazan.

Then I say I don't feel safe bank-in to this account and continued to ask him for his account but he kept saying ask me bank-in to that account.He gave me reason say that account is his friend one and he don't have bank account.For a 22 year old,not having a bank account is really a serious joke.

But then,I continued to deal with him by doing online banking to this Ang Che Sin account and the transaction was successful based on Maybank2u on Monday night.So I pm him telling him did he receive the money and he replied yes.So I thought everything went well and that he will post my graphic card.

But then suddenly he pm me back saying that the money was not mine and asked to bank in fast cause he has sent out the graphic card with pos laju on Tuesday

So I check with Maybank staff and they told me transaction successful but dunno why money was not credited to Ang Che Sin account.Then I pm him telling him about the situation and say I will wait for Maybank staff to call me back.

Then I went and check this forumer ^666^ record by typing his IC number in google.I stumbled upon this dispute thread dating January 2007 involving biatche and ^666^.

I immediately cancel my Maybank2u transaction to him by informing the bank cause I scared I was getting conned.Then I went on getting clarification by pming him about the thread since he actually promise to give me the tracking number by tuesday night as it was posted on that day by his so called friend

Then I pmed his brother who is now using another account to get some truth about this.He told me everything about this and ask me to cancel the deal with ^666^.So just now I got a pm back from ^666^ and wasn't really satisfied with his reasons.

--->Readers I have one very simple question to ask you all,can you cancel the postage when its already posted for one day.He told me that he will cancel the posting of the item eventhough it was done for 1 day.I don't think Pos Laju has this kind of policy that allow him to do so.

So it leave me here thinking that he indeed never posted my item eventhough he claim to have done.Again like the same thing in biatche case,I asked him to give me the tracking code many times but he never do so.

So forumers if you really want to deal with him,exercise caution and use COD method as a precaution.He will give a lot of reason saying he busy cause need to attend classes and got work and whatever.

With here I rest my case.

Since you never receive it , i bet he doesnt send it out at all.

Precaution is needed when dealing online.

Well,firstly if you read properly I was actually about to transfer money to him but stupid Maybank2u online got problem so money didn't reach his so called friends account although the transaction was successful.So I went to the bank to check with Maybank staff and was informed about the problem.

So I pm him back saying I will bank in an additional RM30 apart from the RM85 being transfered to his friends account.But now I have stopped all payments to him cause I saw the dispute thread dating back to January 2007.I have already informed Maybank staff to reverse the payment back to my own account pending an explanation from ^666^.

In actual fact,he really haven't even send out my item on Tuesday eventhough he has claim to do so.

So the actual problem here is

1. He did not check properly in the first place whether the money transfered was mine or someone else and he straight told me he got my payment.

2.He gave me empty promises that he had already sent out the graphic card and will give me the tracking code

3.He informed me late about the failed payment transfer and I had to rush to Maybank to clear the problem

4.Lastly,if you want to deal with him,choose COD cause its safer since he always say he is busy.

I kinda know this going to happen (you posting here).
Im not taking side but, so far no complain on him for now.
I was having long chat with him, and he told me that you inform him that you bank in.
(What prove you have that you bank in and Maybank had issue and suddenly you canceled?)

Sound fishy to seller as well aiyte? And you also inform me in my PM you have bank in but hold payment.
Maybank can hold payment to a 3rd party maybank account?

Try to put yourself in his position that he also worried loosing his card or getting cheated.
As you told him you have bank in to him. As what you are so concern here and right now.

I do admit he is kinda slow sometimes this schedule but, he didn't con anyone here.
He also been dealing a lot of GC sellout in the garage sales, and I haven't seen any complain.
Don't make it such a big deal okie, as I have already advised you. Just cancel the deal and move on.
And its only RM80 goods

If you really want badly the card, I'll get the card from him and post it to you, ok?
When you receive, you may bank in directly to him or to me.
No need to start all this nonsense make everybody mood bad.
This dispute will prolong into a long unconformable topic and will gain no solution.
I don't see what you can gain over with opening this thread.

Take note:
He already informed you that he don't have a maybank so e advised to bank in to this account.
Buyer bank in money as promised buy yet he canceled.
Seller found out buyer cancel so he ask buyer to clear the payment.
Buyer not satisfied and I am not sure what he is demanding
Both also being carefully and so both cancel the deal.
Both also wrong in matter, should both want to continue just do COD or cancel the deal.
Reason I ask to cancel, seeing TS is so picky, I advise 666 not to continue the deal.
Later card faulty la, arrive late la, so I advise both just to stop. To avoid any future dispute.
Is it right publishing people IC no and full name and girlfriend name over this matter?
What do you feel if he publish your name, gf name and IC name to the whole wide world.

666 additional income for his studies come from selling all these items, I also advise him to make it nice as much as possible.
Cause he also enjoy the business. Its not the first time all of us receive late items.
As long the item arrive a bit late but will all the condition given is well. I believe thats good for online trading.

TS I did told and help you as much as possible, but I see both also wrong in this matter.
Both also have a little white lie. Both feel aggregated and trying to put it in the easiest manner they can think off. Thanks.

ok..from my experience..i've done couple of deals wth this guy..666..amount reaching 2K..if i thought he's cannot be trusted and full of lies...i'll never deal with him again after the 1st deal i've made with him..i guess anybody will think that also..but i gave this guy a chance.

Yes..for the first deal, the item did arrived late.Its one day late because the items came form his supplier.He gave me the supplier's phone number for me to contact directly and asked about the status of the things i've ordered.The supplier told me that they just posted the item since that 666 just mentioned about the items to his supplier.maybe he forgotten at the first place..but its okay..human do forget rite?
But after i contacted and comfirm with his supplier..everything was ok.Settled.Im satisfy with this guy although it was late because he forgotten to inform his supplier at the first place.

For the next deal..ya..same thing happen lar..late also..suppose to reach to me on Friday as he told me his supplier did the postage on Thursday, but still haven't arrived but he convinced me that the stuff will arrive maybe on Saturday..and it did..

And another one..ya late again..but he promise he will post it..i trust him.

So from my own experience..from all the conversation, ym and messages throughout our deal..i can't see that this guy can't be trusted.He gave me his supplier phone number and his own..maybe he won't reply ur sms lar cuz he's abit kedekut on that..hahaha ..but when i called..he will answer..but i can see that the only problem is that the FORGET thing and LATE..but i don't bother about that two things..YANG PENTING BARANG AKU SAMPAI...thats it.

He never failed me in every transaction.So i guess there's no need to complain about what ever or who's fault..as long the deal settled..maybe late..but u will received ur item..

And maybe i understand that this guy don't keep any stock..he get all his stock from a shop in imbi plaza..A SHOP.. and not any other source.So y r u afraid to be cheated since that if any case..just go and complain to the supplier directly..and it is maybe hard for him to remind or tell his supplier about all the deals since he's busy with what ever he's doing...so chill down lar...give him a chance..i also sometimes post things late to my buyers cuz short of time to do so..

i think i need to clarify something,

i'm the owner of the maybank account. i'm helping my friend(supplier that ^666^ said) that do not had the maybank acc and i borrow my acc to my friend.

i confirm that i do not received any payment wat the ^666^ said. i also wan to know how the TS can cancel the transaction as i work in Maybank? Mind to tell me?? which branch ?? i will bring this to management.

i was so shock when i was inform by austin that my name is on the dispute corner. WTF...
