There is no such thing as max voltage. The higher you go, the higher the risk of your rams getting damaged...... so it depends on how much risk you wanna take.....

Somebody said that all DDR2 rams are warrantied until 2.2v (not including the crazy nice high high high performance rams)....... if that is true, then I guess you can set it to max 2.2v with active cooling..... of course, you need to confirm the warranty issue first...
