People bought 6800s over X800s partially because of the SLi potential. Now for 3 GTXes+780i (delayed and still gonna be sucky), you might as well get 3 Radeons/X38 and get a Penryn too for free.

3 8800GTX / Ultra cards already cost u a bomb, if plus up da new 780i board that gonna be a nuclear bomb, in this case CrossFire X might have an advantage
