The good:
- The destruction in China
- Jungle fight
- Egypt

The bad:
- Most scenes were recycled from the first:- the Egypt highlights, for most of it, it was seen in the first against Scorps desert.
- Slow mo didn't work; apart when Mikaela was running.
- Not content with ONE 360 shot, Bay gives you TWO and THREE.
- Not content with one scene of foreign objects crashing from space ONCE meteor style, Bay gives you TWO and THREE.
- Not content with ONE annoying robot, Bay presents you TWO, THREE, FOUR and they come in pairs this time!
- Not content with ONE Mikaela and Sam I love you scene, Bay gives you FOUR!
- Not content with ONE slow-mo scene, Bay gives you FOUR to FIVE
- Oh in Part 1, Sam runs taking a cube to put it into Prime's chest. Part 2, he takes some magic powder. It's so awesome! I didn't see it coming. How exciting.


- Bay doesn't attempt to insult your intelligence ONCE, he does it TWICE and THRICE:
1)Oh, of course black robots not being able to read is funny
2)Oh and a humping dog is meant to draw laughs
3)Oh and annoying sidekick crying one second getting tasered in the car and walking out the next to risk his life is completely understandable
4)Oh mom balling her eyes seeing her son leave for college and asking Dad to let go of him so he can face imminent death is very logical

Transformers 1 was awesome. I loved it - thought it was one of Bay's best work in a long time. It wasn't logical - it asks of you to turn off your thinking cap but it was good mind numbing fun. This was excruciatingly painful. This took everything that was good about the first and either recycled it, made it bigger by 10 times or repeated it for 2 and a half hours. Even the ending with the Linkin Park song is recycled.

God save us from a third!

Star Trek wasn't Oscar material but was still one of the best summer blockbuster movies in a long, long time.

Are you familiar with Tony Scott? He's more awesome. He gives you an explosion and then does the 360 in the middle of the explosion! Kinda like Swordfish.

But seriously, this is pathetic. I paid 10 bucks to see this? This made Terminator Salvation feel like it was T2.

Did the man direct Con Air? Because if he did, he deserves a medal. Con Air and the Rock - two of the greatest Nick Cage action movies ever! That and Face/Off.

Ohhh and I had one more to add:
- Bay is not satisfied with one dog humping scene, he throws in TWO! (technically, the second doesn't involve a dog!).

Don't be f***ing idiots. I can only criticize people if I can do a better job? So then, what gives you the right to vote for political candidates since you sure as hell won't be able to do a better job than those idiots up there? (see what I did there *wink*?

That's the same effing right that allows me to say this movie sucks although I won't be able to direct a movie better than Bay.
