The helicopter one. It is not explain how it can appear again?? and which piece of all spark is use for him? I know Sam got 1, the military kept 1 (which some robot dog manage to procure to revive Megatron)....so which piece is use to revive that helicopter? How does one get revive by all spark? Touching or stabbing in the chest for absorbtion? If Sam piece is used for Jetfire, which piece is then to revive Optimus??
Headache thinking the movie plot. At one time, remember they looking for old museum machine like the classic car for old robots but next they found is quite modern stealth fighter plane is the robot. Also 10,000 BC human vs robots....who won that war? Also a piece of all spark can conveniently fall off Sam jacket after 2 years from part 1. Robot farting, old robot walking with canes, young robot, baby robots...lustful robot humping Megan Fox, rapper robots with gold teeth....you seen it all. And to see the all powerful Megatron, lose to some M16 and few tank shells are pathetic, hiding behind pillars shooting his pew pew guns at the soldiers....couldn't he just jump up transform to uber jet fighter and fly and land behind those soldiers to give them some old Megatron loving jizz cannon you never know?

Optimus Prime was revived with the "matrix of leadership".
SR-71, Blackbird, is not a modern stealth plane, was in operation from 1964. its not a fighter plane.
Also it is good that the Malaysian censors did not cut out the dead pigs hanging in the deli/butcher shop.
There are plenty of other more significant plot holes or illogical settings/plots in the movie.
