I have to register just to reply to this question:

Their consultants there are very unprofessional. They introduced products and facial treatments to you without actually understanding your skin condition. If your skin is acne prone, they will assume your skin is oily and thus introduced you all oil-controlling products and treatment. When during the half way you realise the products don't suit you, they will try to "save" the situation by selling you other kind of products, which inevitable shows at the first place they didn't even know what was wrong with your skin + they get a chance to sell more products. The consultant who attended me was very pushy in selling me the products as well. Whenever I said, "no I don't need it", she will still go on for another few minutes explaining again why these products are essential. The facial treatment didn't improve my skin condition BUT introduced other skin problem, which I believe it was due to my skin hypersensitivity, but after all the money spent(which I believe it was overpriced) you would expect a better result than this, you would expect them to take skin sensitivity into account, but no.

Worst part? The last treatment left a rather large area of WOUND on my cheek(noticed I emphasize WOUND), and they have the face to say it was NORMAL in the course of treatment. Seriously? IT COULD HAVE LEAVE A PERMANENT SCAR ON MY FACE. If they can leave a large area of wound that could potentially become a permanent scar on your face, and tell you it is normal, that pretty much explains the quality of their service.

I don't know how are the other branches doing, but for this particular branch, unless you are familiar with who are the better consultant/beautician, I DO NOT recommend you to go there, how some of the beautician are qualified to be one is ridiculous.
