Although , with all the Christmas stuff happening it's been pretty hectic for me... got a job interview to go to next week too... 2nd interview for that company di and prospects look very good so juz hoping I can get that done with quickly and settle any uncertainty.

Really hoping I can make it to this gathering. We'll see what the wifey says and what she'd like to do on that day... ahem...

And it wasn't quite free... had to download a shedload of Gameloft only games through the DiGi WAP portal. So paid about6 bucks per game as well as my GPRS charges.. Them GPRS charges can sneak up on you mighty big. All in all, I spent about 400 bucks... well.. at least I prob got a heavily discounted Wii...

Phew... just came back from a week long holiday in Shanghai. Damn cold... and damn cool new fakes :-) The latest pendrive capacity BTW in China is 120GB :-) hehehe. Better than many HDDs lol for about 10 seconds before it crashes, taking your computer with it.

Hope I can make it to the gathering it happens on the 26th. if it's this weekend then I'm definitely out coz got friend's wedding to attend. Also, every weekend of mine is full for the month of Jan... ;(... dunno whether got time coz still got to get chores and stuff done in time for CNY as a newly wed.

Wii update: Calling DiGi to arrange collection :-) So guys, my house for CNY

Except Corez ;p although your kiddo might get one if you actually bring him along. I'd need some Wii stuff loans though as I definitely can't afford a 4 wiimote 4 dongle setup yet. Gonna try to order Wii Play to get myself one more free wiimote.

I've got it! I've got it! I've got it! Woohoo! Now juz need to get my wireless router set up with my Izzinet connection and I'm totally up and running. Looks like mine is the version that shipped between April and Aug 07 coz I'm running on firmware 2.2u and my set comes with a wiimote jacket. Total package also had a nunchuck unit but I'm not sure whether that actually comes standard... no matter... saves me another 100 bucks.. Picked up a wiimote and nunchuck set from Djinn so I'm at least totally set for any 2 player action... Also started 1st day of my new fitness regime that'll include the daily Wii Fitness test and about 15 mins of boxing..

Yeah... I've got shedloads of clean up to do ... mop floor, clean toilet, sweep floor, vacuum floor, arrange wires... housework...

What I could gather when I got there at 12 was that a bunch of them was playing Mario Kart, then there was a break while we all marvelled at how Sihum was going to give away his newly arrived Zelda & Kirby plush toyz (jk). A bout of bomberman followed later once we were able to suss out who brought their card with them. Joe raced to an early 3 trophy lead until myself and Corez caught with him, but a couple of disastrous rounds later (for us not for him), Joe picked up the 5th and final trophy to win the mini tourney. After that, me and Penman (and penwoman(?)) had to leave - dunno what happened after that. My guess? Mario Kart DS & Mario Kart arcade :-)

Can't wait for my other Wii games to arrive. Gonna pre-order winning eleven. Trying to get Zack & Wiki and SSBB

I vote The Curve as a destination (Wonder if public transport there is ok or not)

After that PSP one I'm toying with the idea of a Nintendo gathering.... I think the most number of PSP fellas there were still less than 50

My mum is moving house and me gonna help her out. It's a really major undertaking coz there's shedloads to move and probably have to have to 3 tonne lorries to do most of the moving...

On an aside: Some of you know I was working on an article for publication in one of Malaysia's IT magazines... I just saw that it's been published! Woo hoo!!!! Max-IT - June edition! Seeing my name in print almost felt like a model seeing her picture for the first time in a magazine... (granted, I'm definitely no model....)

Wish I could be there but I'm committed to joining my mother and my wife in a shopping trip for a spanking new camera. I'm itching to try out the multiplayer in Bomberman Land Touch 2 and Super Dodge Ball Brawlers. The new battle maps in Bomberman are a blast :-)
