Halo, not another Halo but the video game halo is going to be screening on the big screens. Directed by Peter Jackson(Lord of the Rings) there r some pics now.

hmmm...if this is true..i cant wait to see how it goes..but alot of games that turn into movies..turn out quite disapointing

last i check Halo hit a snag due to script. There is also no news about this movie being in production and May 2008 is oni 5 mths away. if this is true, muz b d best kept secret in Hollywood.

So officially it's dead but they want to revive it. But no doubt it won't be in May 2008. They haven't even finished preproduction, much less casting or filming.

Indeed. You just gotta love how PJ's post as an executive producer (usually someone who merely funds the movie with no artistic input), gets blown up to 'producer' (powerful figure above the director who has the final say in everything) and then now to 'director' himself. tongue.gif

like i said, unless the production itself is so top secret... dun expect May 2008. The last piece of news for industry buzz is its dead and recently some revival news. 6 months to make Halo... CGI perhaps.
