Average Latency (400-500 ms) but FPS drops to 2-3?

LF help with this. Not sure what had happened but about 1-2 weeks ago, my FPS drop from usual 15-20 FPS in raids to about 2-3 FPS. But latency still alrite.
And I didn't change anything on the PC. There should be sufficient ram of about 3MB and the card is a GeForce 8600 GT with latest graphic driver. It's about a year old PC so shouldn't be having these problems. Any ideas? |

Yeah, 3 GB. >.<
And yeah, probably time to clean the UI mods and a fresh installation. Sigh. It was pretty bad last night with Solarian but amazingly, some attempts were 700+DPS and others 300+DPS with FPS of about 1-3. >.< |
