Hello Guys n Girls...

I play badminton twice a week... I am the type of badminton player who like to play fast and very offensive game..

I love to jump and smash the shuttlecock as hard as I can....

as age growth.. I find my join n muscle can't not stand and not fit enough for the speed/aggresiveness as I want...

I start to feel both my knee can't stand the jumping and land so often.. start to feel a bit pain (actually I injured one of my knee before too)....

my back also start to feel pain since I have to bend it very often and very fast during the game....

I do not take any supplements/special foods for this...

U guys have any suggestion to me?? thanks a lot... notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Try taking glucosamine, it helps in rebuilding your knee and other joint cartilage. Proven to be effective.

As for stamina and mental focus, you can try Lipo 6.

It works on the first dosage.

Haha. Yeah, we are retailing Lipo 6.

Anyway, it REALLY does help in improving stamina and mental focus.
