Can someone walk in, rent a gun and shoot without being a member. i mean like an archery range in Sunway Pyramid?

No la. Where got all those. I think they only have some .22 Revolver, Shotgun and Rifles.

City Square shooting gallery has moved to Jalan Segambut. Can go and find them on Facebook. Charges are kinda steep, but its near the city centre.

from what I see joining as an associate member doesn't need any intro... coz i see from the rules that only joining as a lifetime and ordinary member needs intro as a compulsory
