QUOTE(CuteDay @ May 17 2009, 10:43 PM) i may not be able to answer all of your questions as i am now in Psychology program. Anyway, just giving you my opinions, hope it helps. thx 4yr in4mation... Basically most lecturers and students here are quite good lah in my opinion. But you know, every schools and colleges have some not-so-good lecturers i guess. Well, it depends on how you define " good " loh~ HELP A level is edexcel A level, and if i am not mistaken UCSI offers Cambridge A levels Some of my frens struggling in their A levels program and i heard that A levels science stream is vry hard UCSI also offer edexcel A level... Added on May 18, 2009, 8:14 pm QUOTE(Leto Kynes @ May 17 2009, 11:09 PM) Well personally I think the teachers are great thx 4yr in4mation... After my A-Levels hopefully I will be able to study in UK if I get an offer for Medicine The duration of the entire A-Levels is about 18 months if you go for January/July intake. I guess if you start here in July then you will finish some time at the end of 2010/early 2011. Just so you know, you also get a partial scholarship for A-Levels based on your SPM results I'm not too sure about scholarships for uni though.. maybe someone else knows u start yr A level on march tis year? erm,v nid 2 sit 4any english test like muet?everyday also got class?how mny hours per class? isnt edexcel A level recognise by other country? QUOTE(Leto Kynes @ May 18 2009, 10:10 PM) Nope, I started in Jan thx so much... I think you only need to sit for the english tests when applying for Uni. I have classes everyday, each class is about 2 hours long but usually our lecturers give us a break before/after the lesson so about 1 and a half hours on average Currently my time table if you're curious (for 4 subjects) is like this:- Monday 8-10, 12-4 Tuesday 8-10, 12-2 Wednesday 12-4 Thursday 8-2 Friday 8-12 During our long breaks we usually hang out at one of the restaurants or if we have tests coming up we go to the library to study However, the compulsory LAN subjects that you have to do (Moral studies and malaysian studies) take quite alot of your time - once a week for each subject, 4pm to 7pm. I suggest you take both of the subjects during your first semester because that's when your subjects are still relatively easy Sign up for your LAN subjects early too, because the spots are limited. Yes, Edexcel A-Levels are recognised world-wide al d in4mation above help me a lot... when u wan2 apply 4yr uni oni tk yr english test, isnt too late????? so,i wil start my A level in july 2009.isnt too late ? i really hope i can study as soon as possible... i dun wan2 waste a lot of time n regret later...
