Hi there, The environment there is fine. If you are expecting a big and nice campus then you might be disappointed. I would rate it average. Lecturers are great , most are willing to help and guide you. Their standards are HIGH i would say for a Foundation course compared to other Unis where you think it's very easy to score and piece of cake. They are quite strict when it comes to marking the papers

I don't think there's a problem with science students switching to arts.  I'm going to do the same anyway haha

Most probably will be joining September intake since I got quite a large amount of tuition fee waiver haha

now they are beginning to close a lot of the parking bays because of the MRT works...
it's already hectic before they started sealing off parking bays. (double parking is the game around here)
when they eventually get to seal off all the intended parking bays (150 of them), we HELP students are in for a hell of a ride   

yeah. Like how my lecturer once said, if you are looking for the "university" feeling, HELP should not be your first choice.
However, if quality of education is your first concern, the university does a really good job providing that.
Anyways, we also have "lakeside campus" when it rains since certain areas in the parking is prone to flooding.
