I doubt ur friend's gonna get many prospects in here. Perhaps can try letting word out around the neighbourhood. Perhaps a neighbours friend might be looking for something in that area?

LYF seems like not a place where you can find potential 2.5 mil buyer Lol. Go hang out with the rich in the golf course, and you ll find way better chance out there. =)

I doubt if I am a buyer looking for 2.5 mil property, I also wouldn't be waiting around the golf course or anywhere else for somebody to offer me a property. As a buyer, I also will seek an agent to look for me. If I have 2.5 mil to buy a property, I probably won't have time to scour the classifieds everyday.

From my knowledge, most people who's willing to fork out so much for a property would oredi have an area/location they're looking for.

Not necessary to deal with agents. Just advertise it on papers, direct buyer will contact you. Bungalow for 2.5mi in Gombak, hmm that would be hard.
