i wanna ask advice la from you guys .. i use this 350D to tangkap gambar kenduri kahwin , jamuan makan , school activity and many more la .. most of them are indoor .. what is the best lens that suit to me? besides the normal ones

The best thing would be to use an external flash, e.g. 430EX or 580EX. That should solve most of your problems in those situations.
Edit: typo

This is the body thread mah, so why list out the lens as well? Plus the front page will get outdated soon when we add or sell lenses.

If you insist:
EF 55-200mm 4.5-5.6
EF 50mm 1.8
+ kit lens

how much for external flash bro? what do you mean by typo?

my 430 EX was RM1180 a few months back, but I didn't really bargain hard for it. You can try check the trading section for details. I think 580EX is around RM1500-1600 or could be more, dunno.

But don't forget, you need to factor in the cost of AA rechargeable batteries into the setup as well. The cheapest ones are around RM80? maybe (those flashes take 4 AA batteries) Alkalines are fine, but don't last as long as rechargeable ones biggrin.gif

Definition of typo: a typing mistake

50mm f1.8 is good for any body. You just have to be careful about focus bcos depth of field is quite thin when shooting at f1.8. On the good side: this is the cheapest crappy-light lens (meaning you can still shoot stuff when light is low biggrin.gif )

If you are shooting burst shots of RAW images, then maybe...

Take a look at this http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canoneos400d/page12.asp

Does your shooting style fill up the buffer frequently?
