bear this in mind when you go..

if you go down <f2.8 it will start to be soft and area in focus becomes much smaller. >f2.8 is good.

BTW, if you guys go down, go ask some prices for me.

wondering on the 24-70mm or anything with f2.8 or lower. Something suitable for indoor shooting w/o flash. (weddings)

I have a question, if the 50mm f/1.8 isnt on the sharpest on f/1.8 but is sharper at f/2.x, does that mean the f/1.2 would be sharper at f/1.8 then at f/1.2?

I am still struggling to make myself comfortable with the kit lens and I can't get use to it, maybe I love portrait shots laugh.gif

put it this way, lenses are not sharpest at their widest aperture.
