Oh, managed to get this Smokescreen from Amcorp today.





It is actually orange but dunno why it appear as red when the photo was taken.

Iayaa.. wanted to see how long until you guys will noticed it is NOT a real Binal.

Quality wise i would say the windows are VERY fragile. If you look at the third picture you can see the mirror on the left leg is broken during transformation coz it is too soft. Also there are these pegs on the rear window to hold up the roof, one of the pegs, the right leg already broken when i open the box. When I bought it, it was MISB though.

The joins are loose also, but can stand up straight.

Still for a Knocked-Off, the robot mode is like the ori!!!

Oh ya,bought it for RM 70.

Last Sunday my friend told me of a KO Laserwave at Amcorp. Didn't see it in person though.

Even the boot!!


If you noticed, there are some issues with this "binal":-
The boot part is not properly size, seems too large to enter
The joins are not tight at the window, glass, roof, doors. Most probably the tolerances on the real thing is waayyy smaller.
I feel the rear window joint that joins to the roof will go any minute. One side already broken, so the other is not a long way off
The turbo intake on the hoot is up coz of the weapon in the engine bay. Again, maybe he ori can store it better.

Windows are plastic ans fragile

Now I understand why you guys are so into Binals. If a KO can be this good... well oklah... then the real thing must be fabulous!!!!

Was at BTS today for a meeting, so had time to scout

Browse time machine, got lots of TF there, but nobody buying coz super goreng. The shop not many ppl, if not empty.

Then went over to Graffiti toys, walauehh so many TF there, but at hangus price BB08 RM 260!!!! Record man!! Got a few Ford GT Mirages and Rodimus there, Rm 220

Of course didn't buylah, too expensive.

But I did bought Grimlock and Dead End

Yes Yes Grimlock's head is very bad compared to the ori.

@Samus, sorrylah, I didn't take a picture of Dead end when it is in car mode from the front. But the paintwork is very very nice and all the parts are almost close fit. The robot mode however need to improve a bit.

Both Grimlock and Dead end got problem fitting the engine into the hood in car mode whereby the hood cannot close. Was disappointed that Grimlock is an Alt instead of a Binal, but Dead end is binal and the metal part rocks!

Of course, the ori is better and I feel that if I transformed both too often the plastic might break. Especially Grimlock where you lock the hood to the torso.

i didn't buy it at Graffiti toys, i bought it from one of those toy shops scattered around BTS. just so happen that shop got Grimlock and Dead End. Also got the orange WRX (IMHO in better condition and I believe in metal).

yalah, the worst is scalper. Until cannot even get the toys we want. The only way to counter theses scalpers is when Hasbro flood the market with BB08s (I'm dreaming).

Repaint ok, can get the figure, albeit in a different color. Remold if like final battle jazz is ok as well. Repackaging has its ups and downs. Like Sam's club 3-pack, total waste of space . Bad QC... haih, which toy company is free from that? delays...oh well...

Congrates on your BB08 dude. Yeah Hasbro's QC leaves much to be desired. My BB08 is a 2-face BB0 coz one side the face is lacking the silver paint.

Congrates on your BT-10 purchase. Wah, didn't know that 4th floor also got. Is it near the center escalator opposite time machine?

Btw, any other KO BT available? I coz last time got dead end, orange subaru.. i wonder got wheeljack coz the head is almost like the real wheeljack.

Do check if the hands are wrongly assembled coz mine the hands are both at the wrong side. To check, in robot mode you'll notice the thumbs are facing downwards. By right it should be facing upwards. So what i did was unscrew the hands and swapped them to either side. Still, it is likde the real thing!!!

Alts if priced right then i may consider, but ppl goreng and hard to find liao

Oh ya, I have not bought a pirated pc game for a few months already. No time to play, all money spent on TF . Last ori pc game was Orange box, today bought Unreal Tournament 3 ori.
