Thanks to Toyworkers. Was there yesterday and they still have two more units for sale. RM80 for one. I took one immediately.

Not scalper price. James told me they got the BB08 stock for a higher than usual price.

The amount of time, fuel, and parking I have been spending searching for one for the past few months also more than RM30 di.

So when I finally found one in TW for RM80, I gladly pay it. Plus JT and James are such cool dudes.

And I honestly do not understand how your sister cannot change for another colour since the seller made mistake.

Sounds more like buyer's remorse and you fell for your sister great acting.

ps- Btw, if the phone haven't use and still in box can sell here. At worst you will lose Rm100 or 200 and that's a whole lot better than RM1800.

You better go get it now. I bought one too and after months of wasting petrol and time to look for one, the extra RM30 is something I will gladly pay.

Trying your luck in TRU is futile. Now TRU all over KL area no more anything worth buying. Want to get BB08? You have a higher chance of winning 4d than finding BB08 in TRU. All these place have informants di and by the time we find out all gone di.

Ston3r is freaking lucky. I went the next day after he bought also no more di.

I ordered from Edison since October for RM150 and until now he still haven't delivered me the stuff and it has been sitting in his house for THREE WEEKS!!!

Managed to get him to COD and he FFK THREE TIMES NOW!!! Never picks up the phone, say will COD at this time but never did keep a single appointment and when you finally manage to call him, you can tell he isn't taking your very seriously and kinda brush it off and then arranging a different COD time which he will FFK again.

He say he will post it tomorrow. If he doesn't, I am reporting him to the dispute center and I am sure a lot of people will do the same since lots of other people are facing the problem as me.

He used to be reliable and popular but now? WTF? Hence I bought from TW when I saw BB08. I hold very little hope of actually receiving the item from Edison now. Just hope he has the decency to give me back my money.

If the sister actually treats him like a family, she probably wouldn't have 'forced' him to buy a phone from her which in a way was her own screw up.

I don't know, I was raised to be responsible for your own actions and decisions and do not expect to be bail out of your own mess and problems.

If I were in his position, I would go with my sister to the seller to demand an exchange because it's their mistake unless of course there is more to this story cause honestly, the only reason I can see they won't let her change is because she must have used the phone for a day or two and then realized she wants a different colour and by then, no seller in the right mind will change since the item is essentially used.

I heard he is popular too and hence ordered from him because he has been around long and his price is fair but now. I will say do not buy from him. As of now, he is UNtrustworthy because failing to post me my product althought I have given full payment a long time ago and also FFK three times now. He has broken too many promises.

I hope he will not sell again here after this fiasco is over. It is obvious he heart is not in this anymore.

Waiting for him to post I am not so pissed since I am not wasting my time waiting for the package to arrive.

However, FFK COD is what pisses me off to the max. I have been too patient and too polite with him and I guess that's why he doesn't take me seriously.

For example last Sunday, told me he will be free around 8 or 9pm so can COD and then when I finish work I call him and call him and sms he never picks up. I went home and sleep and then he calls middle of the night and told me he just finish work so COD tomorrow this time promosing to come to my area (I stay in Cheras, he stays in PJ).

So monday, he told me he will call me once finish work, and I waited and waited and waited (and I had to wake up very early the next day for work) and he never calls or sms and I must have left him hundreds of missed calls and smses. Finally he sms me at 4am something in the morning, told me just finish work.

Then on Tuesday, told me will COD around PJ or Subang around 9pm +. So I finish work around 630pm. Loiter like a fool around Subang for a few hours, calls him many times, never picks up again. So I went home and luckily I did cause the guy only call me like at 11pm+ telling me he is in Malacca and will be coming back now so can COD. It's late and I got work early morning but I was like WTH, I will just get it over with so agree to COD and luckily this time I just went to sleep anyway.

Like expected, he never shows again. No calls, no smses.

Today, told me he will be free after 8pm so can COD but this time I cannot trust him anymore and ask him to just pos laju to me. If I were to actually wait until 8pm like a fool (I finish work around 530pm today), I have a feeling magically I will not be able to call him and he will KKF again.

I just don't get it, told me he works as system analyst and cannot bring phone. This doesn't makes sense to me.

I don't know why you have been trying to protect edison but at this point really there is no more excuses. He has been saying and updating and changing his thread for weeks and still no progress. Based on my few phone conversation with him, I can tell he is not taking this situation very seriously at all.

He has a very annoying slamba attitude.
