AIAF is artificial intelligent auto foucus, u are using a Canon?

Powershot or Ixus?

Good then all u need is a tripod, try set the iso to 100 or 200.

But best is ISO100 , if u wan to use flash put the camera bout 3-5 feet away from the item u r shooting.

Then zoom in and set timer to take the photo.

Or press close up (the flower mode) go near as possible max is 10-15cm distance and same use a tripod with timer.

Try it out and view the result..

Remember while shooting press the shutter button half way for focusing, it will show a green box (means it's foucs at the object)\

If there is red light blinking it's ut of focus..

Nope timer is juz self timer for auto take picture in 10sec

A good camera has P (program) A (Aperture Priorty) S (Shutter Priorty) and M (Manual where u set the A and S manually)

If u wanna take a photo and post on the web u can set the resolution to 1024x768 but quality must be set to FINE.
