juz do a report police ts..the way he act is showing that he wont refund to u..chances had been given ..seems like he is choosing to mess things up

If the authorised warranty doesn't cover the lost due to hardware problems, obviously is the seller fault to fully refund the buyer and TS is kind enough to come out with a solution(kinda both win situation)

Then u report to police. Also try your best to go to his ex school & give a copy of the report. After that he cannot further his studies nor get a job ler

loo.. u mentioned that he should check the phone during COD... how do u expect the buyer to check? by opening up the casing and the whole machine to check for faults? selling the phone stating it works when it doesnt , does not push the responsibility to anyone ... if the problem u mentioned fit the problem the buyer is fixing ... then its alright..but now ur phone has even more problem then u mentioned about... hardware problem... warranty not covered and etc... if so... u are hiding the facts of the whole problem by just telling the buyer that it has a minor problem which in fact the problem is worst ... u eventually hide the problem from the buyer...

for the seller to propose to just take 500 is like such a kind act already... if it was for anyone else... u would've already had more trouble than this... just my 2 cents

holy s***, this is the ******* that i sold o2 atom for him and he resell with a much higher price... conner eh? about the o2 atom, he say this say that, give a lot of bulls*** reason to let down of the price. As he brought many lak*as in the means of intimidating, i dun have any other choice but to sell him. Later then he resell d o2 with a much higher price and say 2nd while actually it's 3rd hand already. This guy really wants to try Curry Rice in jail i think...

the other thing that i dont like about the seller is his exclamation marks in all his replies... simply rude and childish.
