Hi Everyone, I m a student in Miri, and I feel like buying myself a new desktop. But the price and choice in Miri aren't that impressive. So I would like to make an Order from lowyat. But I don't know whether I can have my stock shipped over Miri? Is there any computer shop from Lowyat (Cycom, CompuZone) that have shipping services available?

If yes, please tell me the fees and charges as well.

he help people that want to buy from lowyat and ship to u... but if u want full desktop set sure its heavy to post. i suggest you to buy the heavy & big component/part (eg. lcd, speaker, psu) at miri there. save cost on postage. or just use pos ekspress for full desktop.. 1 month then sampai miri.

Yeah....Perhaps I should buy the Processor, GPU, Ram, MotherBoard from Lowyat...then the rest in Miri. Btw, if I wan a shipping of those stuff from Lowyat to miri, will it take long (1 Month as mentioned by ijian?).

i just bought a 7kg++ lcd with poslaju frm wm to kuching @ rm70 (luckily shared with the seller). maybe u would like to consider to fly over since airasia got many good offers, to post those expensive/heavy items are costly and risky too, i would buy frm local shop is the differences
ain't too huge and for the sake of warranty claim (just in case...), less hassle... just my opinion

It won't be that long la. I sent a mobo to Miri before using pos laju, reach my buyer in a few days time.

what i say 1 month is pos ekspress (not by air). really cheap, but slow delivery time. u can choose pos ekspress (by air) also. take 1 week. poslaju only take 1-2 days. but pricey than pos ekspress.

most of the shop got courier services, wut the problem here is, the price maybe up sket la.. so make the choice before buying, summore u r semnanjung ppl ke??

i would say u buy at miri is much better.

u might need to consider IF u need to claim warranty , where to claim , if you need to claim this that ... u need to contact back to lowyat . u need to send here bla bla bla .

u might save up to RM100-200 per rig if u buy in lowyat , but postage would cost u alot , plus u need to pay for the risk .

Last time 2 delivery from semenanjung takes 1 days only...Maximum 2 days depend on the area.I'm in Sabah town anyway.
