hunter shooting dam hate it~~ how to set?

i having this problem. whenever my hunter wanted to shot it say not enough range~ made me need to walk close to attack is that a way to attack and if the range if not long enough it will move and attack it?

I think what the TS wants to say is that, when it right click on a monster, it says OUT OF RANGE. Just like what I'm facing right now and I, too find it as irritating.
Is there a way for us to right click a monster and our Hunter will automatically and intelligently run to a desired max-range and shoot accordingly, rather than having this OUT OF RANGE warning every time we are too far apart?

updated version, there's tiny red dot on the upper right corner of your icons to check if you're within range. so yeah. don like to kill far, be a tank!

Even with meleers, we still need to know the range to charge. too far or too close, it won't work.
