psp mp4 video, format n subtitle

currently im converting divx video .avi (350MB) to .mp4 (200MB) using 3GP converter program, quality is pretty good with PSP display. however still havent found solution to include subtitle into the mp4. anyone can suggest good program for this? subtitle format (.srt). thx
