Photography How to Conduct Photography Workshop?

How to conduct photography workshop for teenagers among 13 to 18. What are the syllabus range like, what kind of equipment, and what kind of lighting are better... Please advice! Thanks!

Why don't you attend a workshop yourself and then re-use what you learn there.

In any type of workshop, it all depends on the topic. If you don't have a topic then you can't give a workshop.

cover the most important thing lo.
like what different aperture and shutter speed settings do, when to use different ISO,
color saturation, focal lengths, maybe throw in how to care for your camera, flash,
how to read histogram (if you are covering digital photography)
and most importantly, the rule of thirds.
