New N73ME user here. Bought used set for RM700 with 2GB MiniSD full set in box warranty expired

Where to download the latest firmware? I use Nokia updater it say mine is latest V3.0638.0.0.30

How to do hard format? Other than *7370#? Other hard format that wont prompt for security/lock code? Coz I totally forgotten it already?

Just come back from Nokia Authorised Service Center... Spend RM50 for Software Corrupted. Luckily it back to normal now
