HI Leng chai and leng luis....

i've been searching around and seems not able to find a 20 x 65 new single/double storey 4 rooms housing below RM 300K.

Can anyone please help to advise?



i wanted it for as my first house but don't have much budget. tqtq

Check out Palm Walk @ Bandar Sungai Long. It had a couple of units which quite suited your requirements.

I've take a look at the website. It's quite a nice place, but it's a bit far away as i needed to pass by 2 tolls to get to kl.
very greedy rite..

by the way, my fren suggest i can try to look for house that's for bidding/lelong by banks. but also heard a lot of concerns u might buy the 'wrong' house due to other things like being lelong due to loan shark, etc.

anyway for me where to find house for lelong by banks and how to prevent me from buying the wrong house?
