Just spoke tp 'john' myself who is holding extreme's mobile. Cut story short, extreme should clear things up by 1st week of February. His problems should be settled and he'll be back to Malaysia just in time for Chinese New Year. Pls keep this thread open until everything's fully resolved.... Thanks.

I hope things get resolved soon too. Me and many others for example are waiting on our phase change cooling units. At least half deposit was paid and been waiting since October last year...
