Hi guys,
I have ordered two figures from Japan. The seller used SAL with no tracking number.

My item weighs about 1.3kg each so the seller packaged the two figures separately and ship both at the same time.

However, only one of the package reached me. So now I'm scratching my head why only one package reach me as the seller told me he shipped both item into separate boxes at the same time.

The value of the item is about RM150 each so I don't think it is held by customs as the other similar figure passed through. By logic if one package reach me, the other should be together as it came from the same place at the same time.

So my guess is the other package got loss somewhere. Since I've got no tracking number, how can I confirm where the other package is?
