If you experiencing a lot of timeout now because of the technical problem faced by lowyat server, please do the following to disable loading of image

For Mozilla

Go to Tools---->options---->Contents----> Untick Load images automatically

You will be able to surf faster and less timeout

a much much simpler solution is just to click on the "Lo-Fi Version" at the bottom of LYN page

leave LYN for a few hours would be good. in fact, leaving it for half a day or more would be great.

I don't know whether this is an appropriate place or not to ask. Don't want to create a new topic either.

I've lost an incoming PM and WTS thread that I'm interested in. Based on email, there's a new PM in LYN but when I click on the link, there's a message saying that 'the message does not exist' or something like that. Will those be recovered as well?

just wait till they get the new server up and running
and they will merge back the data from previous day just before this happens
AFAIK the data is still there, cos since this is a mobo problem

if the merge the data..
will it be stable?

and when they recover it, will the thread became 2?

Yes there will be two threads after the merge. So if you're not in a hurry, just wait for us to get it working.

It's true to the best of our knowledge. We also had a PSU replaced. Hope it's good now.
