Can I create a Playlist which consist of 20 songs from "10 Folder" which is containing .ape and .cue files each folder? How to do that?

TechAmok.com have give this comment on the Panel UI update, unfortunately, i not not undertsand and failed after tried to do that, can someone help explain more simple?
