I wondering if I can enable Kernel Streaming with Chaintech Av-710 VIA Envy 24PT sound card.

I tried to enable it but XP SP2 threw me a blue screen.

In foobar, under Kernel Streaming tab, it said "optimal resolution is 32 bits per sample".

Previously I can run it prefectly with my built in, Realteck AC97 ALC650 sound card.

Help anybody?

try this:

output set to 24-bit padded to 32 bit or plain 32 bit (need to enable Show all option)
dither with strong ath noise shaping (optional)

Thank you, acedriver. It works now.

What's the latest version of the driver from Chaintech or VIA? Any modded driver?

I discovered that the "Remove Dead Items" in v0.9 is much slower as compared to v0.83. Any fixes?

i have a question

how to enque my file directly to specific playlist instead of current playlist

With a short playlist I have, last time it takes one to two seconds to remove dead entries. Now in v0.9, it takes roughly 5 to 6 seconds in order to do the same thing. sweat.gif
