in my experience the audio scrobbler plugin and the powerpanels plugin needs updating. Otherwise if all else fails get the latest beta build of FB2k (Remember to backup before proceeding)

You can select it manually in this Preference panel

PS: Did you download the components files too? Those need to go into the C:\Program Files\foobar2000\components folder
