Got. Next to the Putra LRT depot in Kelana Jaya.
DS link. Can be accessed through Persiaran Lapangan Terbang. The developer selling price was RM320k 3 yrs back. Received CF last November. The owners are asking for RM400-440k. But no takers. So maybe u can offer like RM380k. No harm giving a try. |

@darlyn,
If u can up ur price a little, u might just be lucky enough to find a unit at Damansara Mutiara. Alternatively, you could check Kota Damansara or Damansara Damai areas. I do however think your budget's more suitable for a condominium in PJ instead of a landed property but if u look hard enough i'm sure u'll stumble upon something Good Luck |

@darlyn,
I think RM500k should be more than suffice to get a landed property at Kepong area - i'm not too sure if it's available.. Also, Kepong's probably cheaper than the prime PJ areas *grins* You don't have to check out Desa Park City though cause RM500k is definitely not sufficient for a decent landed property in that area *gulps* |

Yups.. Ara Damansara is another location u can look at. Should be able to get it between RM400k-RM500k isn't it?
Come to think of it, PJ is rather huge - which particular areas are u looking at? Puchong is considered PJ or not? *shrugs* This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Nov 26 2007, 01:22 PM |

@darlyn,
Sg Buloh is rather large. It's not that far from KL but then again, traffic might pose as a problem. Then again, I noticed the traffic on the old Subang road isn't any better for those thinking of getting houses at Ara Damansara *grins* I live in Sg Buloh so i'm a bit biased |

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Nov 26 2007, 11:25 AM) @darlyn, if u are talking about Boustead's Mutiara D'sara, i really really doubt that u can get link house at around RM500k, it's not a new development either. About Kota d'sara, RM300k can get u a single storey terrace, but i was told a lot of the properties there are bumi allocated units, can anyone confirm about this?If u can up ur price a little, u might just be lucky enough to find a unit at Damansara Mutiara.
