Work in this company for almost 4 years since I graduated, first year get 1 week bonus (actually less then that)...
Then 2 weeks annually bonus for the pass 2 years..

I will feel damn happy if I can get 1 month for this time..

I am a senior programmer in a chinaman company in PJ state.
My brother said I am stupid for staying in this company for so long... as he think programmer should get more bonus compare with other kind of job.
